P has discovered trains. The train hanging on the wall above his changing table. The wooden train whistle that granddaddy Rice got him. Trains in books, trains in stores, and real trains on tracks. He also has learned the train onomatopoeia. Choo choo. He loves to make the train noise. He choo choos all.the.time. And he loves to play in the train at Heritage Park.

He loves the train so much. We have made the park a weekly destination. Can't wait to take him on a real train ride.

Girl, you might see us there!! We are there (it seems like) every night! We leave crying!
Jenn-We leave crying, too! We've been going about 2 night a week. Hope to see y'all there!
google Day out with Thomas. it is a great way to do a real train ride. Does he know who Thomas the Train is yet?
And, also Stone Mountain. We go there ALOT in the fall. They have an awesome big playground and also the train and a great pumpkin festival in October.
Felicia-Oooh, Day out with Thomas looks like fun! I think I saw your post about this on your blog. P has no idea who Thomas is yet, but I'm sure he would still enjoy the ride:) He's into Elmo these days. I think we'll head up to Stone Mountain's train as soon as it cools off a little. These hot summer days are getting a tad bit uncomfortable.
go during the Pumpkin Festival..perfect weather!
