So, it's January 12th, and I'm just now undecorating. From Christmas that is. 
Since Christmas 2010 will be here before we know it, I strongly considered leaving my trees up and just changing out the decorations according to the current holiday, i.e. a Valentine's tree, a Halloween tree, etc. Oooh, and wouldn't an Easter tree be so adorable? With colored eggs and Easter grass instead of ornaments and tinsel? Hmmm, I think I'm on to something. It sure would save me a lot of hassle. Well, the decorations are down and boxed. Just waiting on my wonderful hubby to disassemble the trees and tote everything up to the attic. I better get used to the boxes sitting in the dining room, because I have a feeling they will be there a while....

Uhm, mine put up a chandelier box today that I said (3x) to put in the basement so we could save the box and the old fan. I found it in the trash this morning. Guess I should be glad it's not in my dining room anymore...ha!
We do this because we know (hope) you will change your mind if we wait long enough.
If it makes you feel any better, all of mine just came down today (even if we were out of town for a couple of weeks).
